Breakfast: 2 slices of calorie controlled bread - 100Kcals Lunch: nothing - 0Kcals Dinner: salad, mushrooms and tiny portion of pasta - 200Kcals Snacks: Banana, fat free yogurt - 147Kcals Drinks: Lots of water, 3 cups green tea, 3 cups black coffee Total Kcals = 450Kcals (447Kcals) quite pleased, but im still fat.
